Hi everyone,
My ECG seems to either come up with strange lines, or keeps asking me to press the sides. I swipe away and notice the HR doesn't work, until a reboot, and then it works again.
Latest firmware
It has been restarted, reset and even restarted with the cable and button.
My initial thought is the ECG part has failed. Everything else works ok.
Raised with support already but curious if anyone else has had this?

Fixed. Uninstalled the ECG app and reinstalled it.
now working again
