ECG function is not available in my country, but I bought the charge 5 through Amazon USA. should it work? Or is it app dependent, and my phone won’t upload the right settings to the phone?

It's country dependent.  The Charge 5s are all capable of having the App and performing the function, but the country where the Charge 5 is being used decides whether or not to give approval for the ECG App to be used there.  As soon as your country approves it, the App should turn up on your tracker.

It's not available in my country either and I find it a bit annoying as I'd prefer that to the EDA that is all I have access to now.  They both use the same side bars on the tracker.

It's just of case of waiting until it comes to your country.  My location is set to the UK, because I want to have my display in English, but it makes no difference as far as getting ECG as the country you're actually using it in, has the last say.

I hope that helps to explain it a bit.

Thanks for your reply, that’s what I thought, thanks for confirming it. Hopefully we’ll be able to use the ECG function sometime soon!
