ECG not available despite my location being Switzerland

Hello,

I know the ECG app can only be downloaded from specific locations but my location is set to Switzerland that's in the list and I still can't download the app, it says that the ECG feature isn't supported in my country.

What setting is taken into account to allow for the download of the app? What should I change to make it work?

Hello @Xavier_ch and welcome to the Community.  Your Fitbit uses your IP address to set your location.  I'm not an expert on this, but do you use a VPN set to a different location that isn't supported?
