ECG not supported in Israel - though advertised!

I purchased the Charge 5 specifically for ECG and other advanced features such as SPO2, and have now discovered that these are not supported in Israel.

I understand that this is due to regulatory approval - has Fitbit in fact applied for regulatory approval in Israel.

I don’t work for Fitbit so can’t answer on their behalf but feel quite sure they’ve applied for permission in the countries they’re selling Fitbits.

 I’m also living in an unsupported country and it is disappointing but eventually it should be approved.

It’s worth checking the list of countries at the bottom of this list from time to time, to see if yours appears.  Let’s hope it’s soon!
