Good morning

I'm trying to set up my ECG and I'm following the video.  But my watch immediately says to go to phone.  It's not reacting like the video shows.   Help what should I do.

Hello @BettyHiggins

Have you tried going into the Discover screen in the App on your phone to set it up first?  That might be what your tracker is waiting for.

Here’s a screenshot of the instructions.

I hope it helps a bit.

I now have no ECG app. Tried all of the above. Any ideas?

I've been through the setup a few times on the phone, but it still tells me to go to the watch app to get started. The watch app tells me to go to the Fitbit app on the phone to get started. Frustrating.

Hello,

İn my app I do not see Heart Rhytm. Only I can see Wellnes Reports. So, When I push the ECG in my charge 5, app said me that "Set up on phone" then I look my phone screen and see notification of Heart Rhythm Assessment. But "Get Started" buton is not active. I can not pass this page.

Please, I need to click "Ger Started".

I talked to Fitbit tech support and eventually got this working. I had to
disconnect the Fitbit from my phone's Bluetooth connection, restart it,
restart my phone, and reconnect it. The steps were more complicated, of
course, and there were some dead ends along the way. But now it works fine.

Thanks a lot for the tip, worked for me just by unpair and restart them both.
