ECG not working

Hello,

i experienced the black screen battery issue yesterday.

After having performed a reset of the charge5 and new install of the fitbit iOS app, everything seems to be back on track now… except the ECG which is not working anymore.

Do you guys have the same issue ?

Hi @Samuelb61 

The ECG app might not be installed. To double check:

  • From the Today page on the Fitbit app on your phone/tablet, tap on your icon/picture to get to the Account page
  • Tap on Charge 5, then tap on Gallery
  • Tap on Apps, then tap on ECG
  • Tap on Install if that option appears

You might try uninstalling & re-installing the ECG app, then restarting your Charge 5 to see if that will get it back working. If it doesn't work the first time, it might take a few times to work.
