When tapping the ECG on Fitbit Charge 5 it says Error Please reopen the application - how do I do that?

It could be referring to the ECG app on the device itself. If you haven't done so already, please try restarting your device using the charging cable and try to reopen the ECG app. Let me know if the issue persists.
