Ecg won't give me results anymore. Keeps spinning but no results. Watch is only 5 months old. Tried calling for help and troubleshooting to only get put on to hold for 10 minutes and then they drop the call. Twice.

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already contacted the Support team.
I've been informed that you have indeed contacted the Support team for further assistance with this. It seems they have sent you a follow up e-mail with some instructions, could you please confirm if you've received it? Please make sure to check on your spam folder.
In the meantime, try completing a restart procedure using the 3 pulse restart method if you haven't done so already.
