My ECG reading on the fitbit charge 5 consistently gives me a normal sinus rhythm result, however the actual graph doesn't look right to me. It seems to be all over the place and doesn't look like a normal rhythm to me. Is this happening to anyone else?

I've had the same issue. I downloaded 3 different entries and, while the Fitbit read Normal Sinus Rhythm, the strips are actually Atrial Fib.

I'm an RN so I know the difference. Also have alot of respiratory/muscular interference which should impact the diagnosis but still reads NSR.

frustrating....

I'm wondering if any little movement affects the reading. Mine kind of looks like afib too, but I'm not an RN so I'm not sure what it is exactly. I've had two holter monitors recently (July and October) and both were normal. I have no history of afib, just sinus tachycardia.
