My ECG scanner worked fine once I applied the update and I was quite impressed with the results it provided.
All of a sudden when I try to do an ECG scan it doesn’t work.
I swipe to the ECG screen and when it says ‘30 SEC Tap to start’, I tap, the screen then just shows the heart symbol Under the letters ECG with no invitation to go further or to hold the side strips etc.
I have tried deleting and then reinstalling the ECG app with no success.
I have also made sure my fitbit is upto date.
Kind regards to anyone able to shed any light on this problem.
Pete

Hello @Porridge51
Sorry to hear about your problem. This not specific to ECG, but sometimes when something goes a bit funny like that, it can help to restart your Charge 5. It’s certainly worth a try first if you haven’t done it already.
It’s quite straightforward on the new Charge 5. Scroll down from the Clock Face until you get to Settings. Tap and then scroll down to Restart Device. Tap.
I had a problem with something else before and did that and it worked again.
I hope it helps a bit.

Excellent advice, did exactly as you said and it’s all working fine now.
