ECG still not available in the Philippines

Hi Fitbit. I bought the charge 5 in 2020 for me and my mom because of the ECG app but was disappointed when I found out it was not available in our country. I've had this for almost 3 years now and the app still isn't available here. I'm really hoping Fitbit will take a more proactive role in making the ECG app available in our country. Thanks.

@yenc ECG is a medically regulated feature and is not available in all countries. In the US, it had to be approved by the Food and Drug Administration. In other countries, it must be approved by the equivalent regulatory authorities there. Fitbit has no control over how long that process takes. 

Also, the Charge 5 was launched in August 2021. That was less than a year and a half ago. It is not possible that you bought a Charge 5 in 2020 or that you have had yours for three years.
