Charge 5 ECG app will not sense my finger tips and continues to stuck on the prompt screen. The EDA scan however works fine with just a soft touch on both sides of the metal bars. Tried uninstalling the ECG app and device restart, still doesn’t help. Any ideas?

@SunsetRunner
Try moistening your fingertips before taking a reading to see if it helps, moisture conducts better.
