I have owned my Fitbit Charge 5 for less than 3 months and ECG is not working. The ECG function is the reason I purchased it so please advise on how to correct.

It is not available in some countries.

If you are in a country where it should work, such as U.S., it might help to give more info that "is not working"m such as symptoms, error messages, does it seem to be working but not give results, not even seem to start, etc.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
