My ECG has worked fine since I got it July 2023. Now when I tap on the ECG app, it still tells me Put thumb and index finger on metal sides, but when I do, there is no recognition that anything is happening. I searched the Help Forum and found these steps:
- "Uninstall the ECG app from your Charge 5.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your tracker.
- Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- Install the ECG app one more time and make sure the permissions are enabled.
- Tap Discover > Assessments & Reports > Heart Rhythm Assessment to double check if still appears completed
- Try taking a reading one more time and let me know how it goes." I did this, but there is no difference. What else can I try? I NEED this app!! Thanks
