Hi, I listened "relaxe with guided breathing" in the app. It starts by saying to open the EDA app on my watch and select "guided session", but I can't find it, how do I do this? Id do find EDA, but not the option "guided session".
I'm also told to keep the palm of my hand over the face of the watch, touching the metal frame. But this doesn't work in charge 5, you need to touch both sides of the watch (which asks for a very uncomfortable position by the way, with the watch on your wrist as you would for recording heartrate).
Any help on this?

Hi, thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with the guided breathing session you mentioned earlier, @C00b.
These instructions seem to be for the Fitbit Sense, which is the only other device that has an EDA app for the moment. If possible, could you please share a screenshot of the page where you're seeing these instructions in the Fitbit app so we can further investigate?
I'll be around.

Hi @DavideFitbit , It's in the mindfulnes sessions, the one called "relax with guided breathing". It's not in written text, it's something the guy tells you to do at the start of the session.
I guess the solution on Charge 5 would be to change the duration of the scan to 6 minutes and start scan and breathing excercise at the same time. It's just confusing, starting your breathing exercise and hearing the guy mention functions you cannot find on your device. This is the only exercise I've tried so far, so not sure if this happens in other "EDA compatible" sessions too.
Another point of feedback: while performing an EDA scan, you would keep your tracker on your wrist because you would like to see your heartrate. But squeezing the sides of the tracker with the device on your wrist, asks for a very uncomfortable position of your arms. Maintaining this position while gently squeezing, makes your heartrate go up, because it's not easy to relax or take deep breaths holding your arms like that....
