In the Fitbit app I tap my Account Picture. I then scroll down to "Help and Support" and tap that. In the menu that appears I tap "Charge 5 Tracker Help" and I get a screen that says I don't have permission to access the page.

I'm a premium member with a Charge 5 Tracker. Guess you have to be special to access the help page.

Regarding the the EDA info .

A hit is a EDA response/ tiny change in the sweat level of your skin.

As you get calmer the sweat on your skin also changes an this gets registered

Because your sweat level is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system, these changes can indicate meaningful trends about your body’s response to stress.

Hope this helps.

Happened to me once, then later I was magically able to see it again. It’s like a new problem every day.

I was trying to find more background information on the EDA scan. When I do a scan, it tells me how many "hits" I got. Looking in the Charge 5 manual it tells you how to perform a scan but it doesn't explain the results. What makes a "hit" and what is the significance of a hit? I am trying to learn how to figure how the "hits" relate to how I am actually feeling...what they ask you after the scan.
