EDA not present on new Charge 5

My Charge 5 lists the EDA app present but it does not show up on my device.

Thank you for sharing that you've been having this issue with your Charge 5. 

 

Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know where are you seeing the app is present or listed. In the meantime, make sure that you've installed the app in your device from the Fitbit app. You can find more information on how to do this in this article. 

 

If you already tried installing it and you're not able to see the EDA app, you can also try restarting your device using the charging cable.
