When performing an EDA quick scan on the Charge 5 EDA app, at the end of the scan I am asked to input my feeling, a reflection of being very calm to very stressed. I do this every time I do a daily scan. Sometimes multiple scans a day.
The session is always synced to the Fitbit app. But the reflection no longer gets recorded. It used to. I contacted support who suggested that I replace the Charge 5 in the Fitbit app, basically pairing it again. That worked for a few days, but soon stopped.
I've also tried reviewing the permissions of the EDA app in the device settings in the Fitbit app, forcing the Fitbit app to close on my phone and restarting the Charge 5. No luck.

This is affecting me, too. My EDS was working perfectly. Yesterday, I was interrupted during a session, so it only lasted 1 minute instead of 3, and now every time I try to do the 3-minute session, it is no longer sync'ing with the app or showing up on my dashboard. Even if I hit send to phone, I get the notification, but then when I hit that to go into the app, it's not there. Nothing is being recorded and I'm unsure what to do.

Of course it's all happening again, so clearly this is a defect in this type of product.
