I tried the epa scan on my new Charge 5. It logged the first day but now it’s doesn’t do it any more. I also compared this with a breathing exercise in an HRV APP. The Fitbit states my heartbeat went up while the App with a heart strap stated it went down. I suspect that the heart beat sensing in the Fitbit is less than accurate. Prove me wrong

Hi, welcome to the Community forums, @Cturmel.
Thank you for all the information you've provided about the inconvenience you're having with the Charge 5.
Regarding the problem with the EDA scan, could you please provide a few extra details? Let me know if your Charge 5 is not completing your EDA scan or if you're able to complete the scan but the information is not being shown on the app.
About the accuracy of heart rate information, there are some general recommendations that are helpful to improve the accuracy of heart rate information. I recommend that you try restarting the device again using the three pulse restart method mentioned here below, instead of the restart option found on the Charge 5 itself:
In addition, please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.
