I have lost the EKG icon on my charge 5 Fitbit device and cannot seem to find a way to reload it. Can someone offer some advice, PS I am out of the USA for a short work related trip

Hello @MrBou 

 

If you click on this link and scroll to the bottom of the page, it gives a list of countries that have the ECG App.  If the country you're in right now isn't on the list, it might be temporarily blocked until you return to a country where it's approved.
