How do I do the EKG on my Charge %?

Hi @et4266.

 

Are you in one of the following supported countries (at the bottom of this post)? 

 

If so you will need to swipe to the ECG app on your Charge 5 and start an ECG from there. If you don't see the app you may have to install it to your device. Open the fitbit app on your phone - tap your profile picture - tap on Charge 5 - Gallery - tap the search icon in the top right corner and type in ECG - tap on the app that appears at the top of the list (red heart with a white line going through it) - tap install.
