During the first few weeks, my Fitbit alerts me when I enter Calorie burning Zone or Cardio Zone. These past weeks, I wasn't alerted anymore. I want this back but I don't know how. Can anyone help?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @ZekeMadr.
I appreciate the information provided about this issue you're experiencing with your Charge 5.
Could you please confirm if this feature is turned On by going to the settings app on the Charge 5 > AZM Notifications > Make sure the icon is blue and not grayed out (turned off).
If the option is already turned on, please try restarting your device using the charging cable and let me know if you continue to have the same problem afterwards. In addition, keep in mind that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.
I'll be around.
