Brand new charge 5 watch. Setup worked, watch functioning but tried to open Gallery to change watch face and all I get is the error message "Oops, looks like there's no Internet connection"
Tried connecting the watch to computer with cable, tried without the cable, tried next to router, turned bluetooth on and off and on, researched this forum, tried Best Answer, I have none of the solution apps suggested on my android

Turning my phone off and back on re-synched my charge 5 and now the gallery works
