I've recently purchased a Fitbit Charge 5. Everything works perfectly except I can't change the clock face. I keep getting "oops looks like you're not connected to the internet" error message - but I am definitely connected. I've tried this on different WIFI connections and just on 4G connection only. I also had my partner install the app on their phone, but they got the same error. I also tried all the trouble shooting steps that I read from a google search and the community. I see this is a common problem. Please advise if this is a known issue and might be resolved by Fitibit, or if there is something else I can try to get it working - although I have tried every single suggestion I can find, including resinstalling the app, clearing cache, eveything. Please help!

Update: I did a search in my phone settings for "Private DNS" found there was AdGuard on, turned it off, and now I can access the gallery. Great!

Hello @sydneydude
Have you tried switching Bluetooth off and on? Other things to try are temporarily forgetting other devices connected to Bluetooth. Maybe even the Charge 5 itself and then reconnecting.
I just remembered how another person solved this in the end. They temporarily disabled an adblocker on their phone.
It might be worth checking if you have the same one, and if you do, switching it off to change the clock face.
I hope it works for you!

Thanks Wibby. I posted a reply above. It was the AdGuard thing I didn't even know I had active on my phone!

I’m glad you found the solution @sydneydude.
I had the reply window open while I was researching to find that thread.
I felt a bit stupid when I posted it and then immediately found out you’d already fixed it and marked it as solved.
It took the original person a long time to find a fix so yours being so short and to the point will probably help a lot of people in the future and that’s great!
