This has never worked the entire time I've had a Fitbit which is nearly 3 years. The stats at the top of the screen after entering the exercise area of the app do not show any past info. It only ever shows a max of 2 days. Surely this should have been looked into by now as it's been reported many times in the past.

Fine to say it should have been fixed, but I doubt anyone else could understand what you are talking about from that description. at least I have no idea. But I guess there's no need for me to understand when you are just stating your point, not asking a question.

Sometimes an image is worth thousands word. Here is the problem, in the Exercise tile of the Android app, the graph only shows for 3 days despite them being for a range of 30 days. I exercised every day in July. Here you see it for Active Zones Minutes but all stats have the same problem. This issue has been there for at least 2 years I think, possibly 3.

Not proud of recent exercise record, but don't see that here

Yep, I've had this on my Inspire HR and my Charge 5. My wifes Luxe is also the same as this as was her Inspire HR and I exercise every day.

I will once I receive my replacement Charge 5 after the firmware update broke my original one.

@SebWotan Oh wow, I had no idea all those extra pages of info were there if you swipe the exercise page! I'm glad this question was posted (even though I didn't understand it either). My app shows data for 30 days.
My phone is a Moto G Plus
Android Version 8.1.0
Android app version - I don't know where to find this but I downloaded it in February 2022
Fitbit hardware name (Charge 5) and firmware version (57.20001.149.11)
08-02-2022 09:43
08-02-2022 09:43
Sense version 44.128.6.12 (just realized this is Charge 5 thread but seems like phone app issue);
Android App Version 3.64 (36419051)
Moto g stylus (XT2115DL)
Android version 11
Software Variant tracfone

This might be the common factor.
Don't delete your app as part of problem-solving; might not be able to re-download it again; officially Fitbit requires Android 10 or higher.

@SebWotan but the app shows 30 days data for me and not for you. So Android version 8.1.0 can't be the common factor.
Also @JohnnyRow Google Play Store says my device is suitable for downloading the fitbit app. It doesn't list any required specs, so I just went ahead and downloaded it when I got my Charge 5 in February.

@LiJaHi I just know some people have unexpectedly run into that problem when they thought they would try deleting their app to maybe fix a problem, and then download it again, but couldn't. I don't know specifics - maybe it was an older Android version they had. I just know it has caught a few people off-guard with no warning.

@JohnnyRow I guess the app's requirements could increase over time, such that people can't download the current one. Users have complained about unwelcome changes to the presentation of graphs in the latest app update so that is something to be aware of too. I am hanging onto both my current firmware and app given they both work acceptably well.

Hi @SebWotan and @SunsetRunner, since discovering the multiple pages of exercise summaries available by swiping right, I have an observation that may possibly be helpful to you. When I first found what you were talking about, I could see all 30 days of data. But on some subsequent occasions, I have seen only data from the past few days. This variability has happened even within the same session of using the app - data has dropped back to the last few days, then I look at something else and go back to it, the 30 days of data has reappeared.
Last night after the data vanished I scrolled down through the actual exercise sessions to see how far back I could see them. The earlier ones took some time to reload. Then when I went back to the summary at the top, they were all included again. So this might be worth a try for you guys - try scrolling down through all your past exercises and see if they then show up in the summary.

I recently deleted the app and downloaded it with Android 8. Works fine. "Requiring" may not mean what you think it does.

Phone is a Google Pixel 5 running Android version 12
Fitbit App version is 3.64 (36419051)
Hardware is Fitbit Charge 5 running Firmware 57.20001.171.50
I'm running the most up to date of everything. I have this issue and my wife has the same issue on her Fitbit Luxe. We also both had it on our Inspire HR's. This has been like this for over 2 years with no resolve.

I've just tried this and confirm it did work so this is definitely a bug as you shouldn't have to do that just to get the graphical data show.
