I bought a Charge 5 a month ago and it has been me only problems: frozen screen, snooze not working, heartbeat sensor not working...I really want to stay with Fitbit, but this is my 3rd Fitbit and they don't work properly!!How to exchange it if I bought it on the Fitbit website?

The best thing to do is to contact Customer Support, either by Chat or phone. You can get them by tapping Help at the bottom of the page, then Get Support, then Live Chat.
