Used a Fitbit charge 4 with absolutely no issues for 2 years.
Had to change to a charge 5 since I sadly lost my charge 5.
Produce is a hopeless downgrade. On my 3rd unit since on the previous two the display died or started to repeatedly lock up.
Charge 4 reliably auto tracked exercise whether it be tennis, swimming or running.
Charge 5 is utter garbage at recognising exercise .
Fitbit get this sorted !!
There are enough reports on this forum to tell you that there is a totally real serious issue with this product. This will be my last fitbit unless you sort it out.
