The exercise icon is missing from the app on my Android for the Charge 5. Ideas?

If you mean the 'days of exercise' tile, try the Edit button near top right, then scroll down to 'Additional Stats' and see if it is there to be added back.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
