My Charge 5 is ten days old and the exercise option won’t open. Reset doesn’t help at all. That’s what I bought it for

What should I do?

I'm not a Fitbit official but I'm replying so it will bring your question to the top of the list where someone who can help might see it...

What happens when you swipe sideways through the screens? Swiping left from the clockface you should see: Notifications, Exercise, Alarms, Timers and EDA Scan.  Are you seeing all off those? If you can see the exercise screen, what happens when you tap it?  If you scroll up on that screen, it should show the other exercises available.  Does it not show up at all?

I think the more detail about your problem you can give, the more effective the advice others can give you.

Good luck!  I hope someone can help!
