I have noticed that any exercise that is not walking no longer registers in my exercise section. However I've logged high Zone minutes. When I open my Zone minutes there will be my workout, time, calories ect there. I contacted customer support and was told my 50 minute registered intense workout was too short to register. When I then explained that the fitbit collected the data from a 53 minute workout I was told I need to wear my watch in the correct way.

I don't understand it tracking a walk with avg heart rate 105 but won't track a workout that has over 40 mins at a avg heart rate of 148 peaking at 180.
The data is collected and in the Zone minutes. But it must be the way I wear my watch hahaha.

Hello @Vicren85
Sorry to hear you're having problems. I have a few questions, if you don't mind.
Are you using Exercise Shortcuts on your tracker and pressing Start and Stop to register them? Are you relying on Auto - recognition? I'm just wondering... It might be an App problem rather than a tracker problem. Do you use Android or iPhone? Does everything show properly on your Dashboard on your computer? Are the calories and steps showing up in your daily totals?
The more specific the information, the more likely someone might be able to tell you what to do to fix it.
In the meantime, have you checked for updates to the App and your tracker? It might be worth restarting your Charge 5, scroll down to Settings, tap, then scroll up to Restart Device. It might also be worth unpairing and repairing to Bluetooth.
I hope there's a way to fix your problem.

Hi
Thank you for reaching out I believe it is an app issue which is why I reached out to customer service for assistance once I had done all usual troubleshooting.
I have tried all the basic troubleshooting to try fix the problem. I use an Android
I am relying on the auto recognition.
This has worked in the past sporadically and only stopped working in the last few weeks so now I need to manually add in my workouts.
My issue is that the exercises being recorded by my fitbit, you can see it in the active zone minutes. But it doesn't appear in my exercise section of the dash.
All updates have been done.
Any help would be appreciated

Hello again @Vicren85
I have a few suggestions for you.
One is clearing the cache for the App on your phone as that sometimes helps with Android.
Another would be adding Exercise Shortcuts to your tracker for the exercises you do most regularly and starting and stopping them so you have more control. Depending on the kind of workout the auto-recognition can work well (it does with my studio classes at the gym), but it’s not fool proof.
The last suggestion is posting in the Android App forum where people may have tips that those of us in the Charge 5 forum don’t necessarily know about.
I hope that helps you a bit.
