Given the enormous number of bricked charge 5's on this thread, is there an expected time for a new firmware update?
Given the Fitbit stance of: contact customer support, restart your Fitbit, buy a new Fitbit at a 30% discount; I'm trying to figure out whether it's better to wait for an update or buy a different brand of Fitbit tracker.
Seems like a waste to throw out a perfectly good charge 5 based on a bad firmware update.
