Exporting PDF of ECG not working on phone or ipad

I am trying to download a pdf of my ECG report and it tells me I will get a push notification when its done but it has been ages and nothing.4

I was trying on my iphone and read on the forum for the Sense to try on ipad so loaded app and get same results - says exporting but never does.

Any fixes for this?
