For the last month or so I have started noting some pretty outlandish step counts arriving on my dashboard just after midnight. The most strange was 150,000 steps in about half an hour, then bleeping and vibration like crazy that I had just about every badge in daily achievement range. I managed to delete the whole day’s total but since then I’ve had bout 4,000 to 5,000 steps registering daily in the mornings. I do not toss and turn in my sleep and have never had this problem before with Fitbits having found the step count quite accurate.
I am wondering if my recent Fitbit malfunction is due to data problems when converting to Google as advised on the Fitbit app
