I’m at my wits end with the Fitbit products! I am so disappointed and disgusted regarding the quality of the charge 5. This was my second one. Upgraded my wife to the Charge 5. Maybe I got 2 years out of it…..I’ve rebooted it, charged 100% etc…..I still get this O with and X in it……nothing impacted it…normal exercise….in fact I avoid water with it! 

absolutely my last Fitbit will be purchased again……and this one will be monitored and returned for a full refund if it doesn’t last at least 5 freakin years!!!  Designing crap now….
