Face of Charge 5 is Blank

This morning after charging the face of my Charge  5 is just blank.  When I touch it I get a row of five dots -- two grey, then one green, then two more grey.  Very frustrated with Charge 5.  How do I get it to function again?

Did you try charging the charge5 for 10 minutes, then press the little button on the usb charger 3x slowly with a second between pushes? Wait 10 or 15 seconds and it may revive.  If not, use the app to change the clock face.  When I changed back, mine revived.
