Fast battery drain, and tried the tips I have found

About a month ago, my charge 5 would drain the battery in less than a day.

I looked the forum over, and really found nothing that applied to me. Other than the vibration at 10 minutes before the hour, to remind me of the 250 steps, I have no notifications turned on.

It did this for a couple of days, and then went back to operating like it always had.

Yesterday, I put my charge 5 on the charger while I took a shower. When I put it back on, I noticed that it was at 100%. Roughly 4 hours later, my watch vibrated, and when I looked, it was telling me that the battery needed charged. When I checked, on my phone app, it showed my battery at 6%.

I put it on the charger, and before I went to bed, I noticed that it was back to 100%. I put the tracker on to track my sleep. When I woke up, this morning, my fitbit would not come on. I checked the phone app, and it showed 4%.

I have made no changes, so what is causing my battery to drain so fast? I have been terribly unhappy with the charge 5 since I got it.

Thank you.

My screen went blank and the watch wouldn’t charge. Then one day I plugged it into charger and pressed the reset and the watch vibrated. I then synced to my phone and everything worked. When I got up in the morning it was dead. Charger wouldn’t work and I am back to worthless product that lasted 10 months.
