Since the new ap appeared on my phone, my charge 5 wont sync properley. I tried to pair it to my phone, which finds it and tries - but then says that it cant communicate with my watch. This is so fristrating! I have tried all of the tips in FAQ and best answers, and nothing has worked Every now and again, completely randomly, my steps show up on my phone - but they are not usually correct either:'(

I am having the same issues. My steps won’t sync to my phone. Just randomly it will update then several hours later it hadn’t moved. Very frustrating!

I deleted the ap and re-installed it - and it synced straight away lol - but then went back to what it was doing before - I have tried forcing the ap closed and re-opening it, but that didnt work either - so I give up! :'(
