Find my phone is not showing up on my Charge 5

Hello & welcome @Mooreorless 

The first thing that I suggest is to confirm that Find My Phone has been installed for your Charge 5. To do this:

• Open the Fitbit app. Tap on your picture/icon in the upper left of the Today page to open the Account page
• Tap on Charge 5 tile to open the Charge 5 page
• Tap on Gallery, then tap on the Apps tab
• Tap on Find my Phone
• Tap Install, if that option shows
• Tap on the arrows in the upper left until you return to the Today page
• Pull down from the top to sync the Fitbit app & your Charge 5
• Swipe down from the clock face to confirm Find Phone has been installed

If you see that the Find My Phone app is installed, then tap Uninstall to remove the app, sync your Fitbit app & Charge 5. Then, go back, re-install the app, and sync the app & your Charge 5. 

Hopefully, you will only need to do this once to be successful.

Thanks, I had used it once, but it seemed to disappear. I realized whole
ago I had to scroll found instead of up.
