Firbit Charge 5 and Samsung Galaxy S20FE

I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S20FE. I had been looking forward to getting a new phone and then upgrading from a Charge 3 to a 5, only to be disappointed to find out it is not compatible. Please add the S20FE to the eligible phones.

Why do you say it isn't compatible?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

In searching if it is compatible it states it is not. There are posts that people are not able to use the text message features as well as heart rate and sleep.

Not doubting you, but curious where it states not compatible.  I couldn't find that.  World appreciate link if you could.

I'm in the same situation!!! My fitbit charge5 is detected by my samsung s20fe but I dont receive notifications on my fitbit!!

I bit the bullet and bought the Charge 5 and hooked it up to my Samsung S20FE and everything works just fine.
