Please replace my Fitbit that became damaged during your firmware breakdown during the summer. All if the suggestions don't work to get it working again. It does not have a reset button on the side as your instructions suggest. It was damaged by your breakdown of firmware & needs to be replaced by Fitbit. It was not very old.

Could you please specify the symptoms of your device?
Regarding the reset, it must be done through the charging cable, not through buttons on the watch. The steps are explained in the following help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
