Had my watch for quite some time when I decided to go swimming.
Went a min a two and then it wasn't responding. Let it dry as it was instructed, but would still not respond when I charged it. I let it sit overnight, but still wasn't responding this morning. Later I got an notification that my fitbit was low on battery. Now I can't even reset it or do anything with it. It vibrates when setting it to charge, but still nothing happens besides that.
I'm running out of things to do. What do I do?

This just happened to me today! Do we have dead Fitbits now?

Call Customer Service.
It is sold as a swim tracker so they should immediately replace it for being defective.
