FitBit Charge 5 is not measuring heart rate accurately (sometimes sporadically) during exercise.

It appears that since around the middle of November, my FitBit Charge 5 is unable to track heart rate accurately during exercise. Is this a problem with the device or a software update?

Probably a software issue, I have the same issue with my Fitbit Sense.
