I have had many problems with this watch. Yesterday my heart rate monitor disappeared I had to reset it many times during one of my a fib episodes that I wanted to record this was really frustrating with not feeling well. It finally said it did an update and appeared I want to know how to save and send my 30 second data to my doctor?. My data doesn’t seem to be correct most of the time it’ll tell me there’s nothing there. I feel like this watch is a lemon I’ve had nothing but trouble

Hello @MSyf 

 

I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems.

 

I don’t have ECG myself but these are the steps I’ve heard you need to download reports.

 

In the App on your phone, tap on Discover at the bottom of the screen.

Then choose Heart Rhythm Assessments. Then View Results.  Choose the one you want to send to your doctor, tap on it and choose Export a PDF for Your Doctor and wait for it to download.
