Fitbit 5 won’t keep date and time on screen very long then takes several taps to get it to appear.   Is there a way to keep this info on all the time

Hi, @Tcc58 , you can adjust the timeout on your screen settings on the Charge 5, or even set it to always on.  This will impact your battery life (and will significantly impact if you choose always on).

To change how long the screen displays, swipe down from the clock face and tap to access the settings menu.  Select “display” and choose how many seconds you would like the screen on (including always on).  You can also choose the brightness level of the screen in this menu.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the forums!
