I started with the original Fitbit, then bought the 3, 3HR, then 4 and now 5. It is astounding to me that with each “new” model the product gets worse. Even if it does more stuff, if you can’t get it to sync, it fails to sync, it is frustrating to not be able to make use of the device reliably. It is absolutely useless without the data of steps, hrs of sleep, etc. What’s the point of keeping track of fitness data if you can’t see it because of syncing failures. Also I see significant discharge so it needs to be recharged every day. Now useless and unreliable. So after all these years and a commitment to your product I have to consider another option. It would seem you need to spend more time with the most basic utility and application of the software necessary to make the most basic elements work for the user instead of new product development and marketing. You have lost your way and will lose the committed users who have supported this company. Get your priorities back in order!
