Charge 5 stopped working after the update

My Fitbit 5 only 6 months old is totally unusable now after December update. I thought only mine was bad but now I see it’s happening to tons of users. Company needs to replace with the 6 to all of us with the issue.

Since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success & your devices are less than a year old, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) to see what options you have under warranty.

Wow that's really bad and I appreciate your sharing your experiences. I've had mine for about 2 years and other than initial setup and battery draining problems, I've never had an issue with software updates or getting it wet. I even went in a pool and a lazy river water kind of thing a couple of times. Sorry you've been having problems with yours, probably a quality issue in manufacturing.
