Bought 2nd Jan with 90 day free Prime. Has timed out today. Can’t find any way of extending Prime. Also no meaningful explanation why the prime features have disappeared. Just have deduced this from the date being 30 days from first use.
How do I get my 60 day remaining days?
How would I extend should I wish to at the end of the 90 days?

If the device you purchased had the 3 month subscription included, you should definitely still see the remaining days left on your account. I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've sent you some information about this.
