Having so much trouble with this fitbit. Tried a suggestion from support that worked for a week and then it started doing it again. Forget fitbit support!!!! It seems they are nonexistent. The last two times I contacted them they said someone would follow up via email and that was 5 days ago and still nothing. Now it is too late to return this defective fitbit to the store where I purchased it. I am so angry!
