My Fitbit died last week, I followed all instructions, took pictures and sent my watch back.....and then silence. I received confirmation the watch was received at your warehouse...still heard nothing from my Fitbit team....so I contact you and your 'customer service' rep is telling me you haven't received confirmation yet the watch is in your warehouse...but somehow I have received confirmation that the package was signed for by a D. Ale at your warehouse???
This is insane. You have my money, you have my broken watch. I am out $200 and I want either a replacement watch ASAP or my money back - furthermore, no one on your 'chats' can put me in touch with the "team who is handling my case" and no one can give me any hard answers...I keep being told to be patient and cooperative...I am and I have been, I just want some definitive answers from someone who knows something and/or has the power to actually do something.
