Hello @Jamsie21 and welcome to the Help forum. The US Fitbit store doesn't list a date, but the US Amazon site says it will be available to buy (not just pre-order) on Sept 27.
I can tell you aren't in the US because you wrote "good afternoon" and I am sipping my morning coffee. 😉

I've seen some people in the forums confirming that their device has been shipped, but keep in mind the online Fitbit Store only states that it will ship by late September. It can vary by a few days depending on where you live, but it should start shipping soon.
