Good afternoon everyone, has anyone had their Fitbit Charge 5 dispatched yet or even had notification of when it is due to be released,

Hello @Jamsie21 and welcome to the Help forum.  The US Fitbit store doesn't list a date, but the US Amazon site says it will be available to buy (not just pre-order) on Sept 27.

I can tell you aren't in the US because you wrote "good afternoon" and I am sipping my morning coffee.  😉

Hi, I don't know if this helps, but my Fitbit was shipped today - to Germany - and should arrive on Monday at the latest 😃

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5. 

I've seen some people in the forums confirming that their device has been shipped, but keep in mind the online Fitbit Store only states that it will ship by late September. It can vary by a few days depending on where you live, but it should start shipping soon.

Did you have the charge 3 or 4 and upgraded to the 5? My charge 3 screen went blank on me a few weeks ago and I'm debating on the Versa or going back to the charge.

I'm in the UK, mine was shipped yesterday and is being delivered by DHL at some point today. Looking forward to it!
